English as an additional language (EAL) is taken very seriously at Northstowe Secondary College. Our aim is to support and develop a pupil’s ability to communicate effectively in a language which is not their mother tongue – enabling pupils to undertake their studies in all of their subject areas successfully. You can find out more information on how we do this below.
